Josephine Lavelle
With 17 years experience in the environmental and outdoor sector, Josephine is passionate about connecting as many people as possible with nature and our environment.
As Head of Marketing and Supporter Development for Forestry Commission England, she has developed innovative and award winning products and campaigns which have been successful in attracting vast numbers of people to forests across England.
After five years of bad luck and bad health, and having tried everything on the market, she wanted to develop a programme that would be effective for her and people like her (time poor and liable not to allow time for themselves) to relax and rejuvenate.
Emma Brocklesby
Holistic Yoga Teacher, Massage Therapist, Stress & Anxiety Group Leader. Emma’s wide-ranging training covers many different styles of yoga including Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga & Restorative.
As a Massage Therapist she specialises in treatments that effectively relieve mental and emotional stress. She is particularly passionate about the use of chemical free products and believes that nature’s remedies are an amazing way to connect to the natural world, leading to better health.

Sarah Glen
Psychotherapist specialising in anxiety, stress and panic symptoms.

Sarah’s work spans private clients, large GP surgeries and MIND at a specialist centre for people with mental health difficulties and a diagnosis of Personality Disorder.
She has authored and delivers the Managing Anxiety course for the Recovery College.

Jini Lavelle
Mindfulness Pioneer.

Jini is a psychologist, psychotherapist and Mindfulness specialist. She pioneered the first programme of Mindfulness for the public in the U.K. In 1999. With professor Mark Williams she helped to establish the Oxford University Mindfulness Centre. She has developed the MasterMind programme of stress management and wellbeing for staff in companies and organisations using psycho-neural reprogramming.

Dan Luscombe
Modern day plant hunter and one of the world’s leading experts on Broadleaves and Conifers.

When Dan is not travelling around the world collecting rare and endangered trees he looks after the tree collection at Bedgebury National Pinetum and Forest in Kent.
Dan sits on the, The IUCN/SSC Global Tree Specialist Group, the IUCN/SSC Conifer Specialist Group and the RHS Woody Plant Committee amongst other groups.
Wriggly Barkaway
Forest School teacher and Forest Education and activity manager.

Wriggly has over 20 years of environmental education expertise, as well as working in pharmaceutical industry recruitment.
She has an impressive understanding of how to engage people with the natural environment.
Always full of ideas, she has a creative approach which makes her an inspiring and effective tutor.
