It takes place indoors, so you don’t have to worry about the weather or ants in your pants.
What should I wear?
Any fairly loose clothing is suitable. Come as you are, you don’t need any fancy footwear or lovely lycra.

Classes are suitable for men and women of all ages. We hope to develop a children’s programme in the future.
Do I need to be fit?
You do not have to be fit or flexible to practice Urban Releaf. It is aimed primarily at relieving tension, making you happier and more relaxed.

What’s the difference between Urban Releaf and Yoga?
Urban Releaf is primarily a multi-sensory nature based programme that incorporates the most effective and proven mindfulness and yoga style techniques. The simple moves are based on the characteristics of different animals.
Some of the moves have been inspired by well-known yoga asanas, building on centuries of knowledge into postures that are effective in promoting relaxation.
